Our Story
Data at the Heart of Better Health
SPHERE Consulting, formerly Services for Public Health and Research, was founded in 2012 to drive innovation in Pakistan's health sector. As a public health consulting firm, we turn data into actionable insights that guide program implementation and on-the-ground service delivery. While we focus on local health needs, we also contribute to the global health agenda.
Through close collaboration across the health and development sectors, SPHERE has grown into a versatile organization. In 2022, we expanded our core work to include education and the environment, recognizing their direct and indirect influence on human health and well-being.
Our work with provincial health departments, district health officers, and community health workers has given us valuable opportunities to design and implement evidence-based solutions that strengthen the health system.

Environmental Impact Acknowledgement
Climate change is a major global public health threat, and it hits the poorest populations hardest. SPHERE recognizes that environmental risks affect human health both directly and indirectly, through extreme weather events, rising sea levels, disease transmission, food insecurity, undernutrition, and displacement. We actively research these links and build them into our intervention strategies.
